Following a competitive bidding process, Medium Rare was awarded a three-year contract as the content agency of choice for Officeworks.
The partnership will see Medium Rare deliver content strategy and publishing services across Officeworks business units in a range of channels including online, social and in-store.
Officeworks will benefit from Medium Rare’s full suite of services for “always-on” content and campaign content that meets its marketing objectives throughout the calendar year. These services include: strategic information to inform content; SEO based and omnichannel content generation for customer segments; and multimedia services, including video, dynamic imagery and high social value content.
The extended mandate follows the March 2020 launch of Noteworthy, an online content hub for Officeworks customers, developed with Medium Rare. The hub offers engaging utility listings and videos to inspire customers to learn and create, resulting in significant sales volume for Officeworks.
Noteworthy was recognized globally by the Content Marketing Institute (USA) at the 2021 Content Marketing Awards for Best Retail Content Marketing Program and by the 2021 Content Marketing Summit (Asia) as Best Use of Content branded digital.
