NEW YORK — Codeword has added two new leaders to its team. Suzan Clarke (pictured) has been named vice president and editorial director of agency WE Communications and will lead a full-service editorial team that provides strategy, content and production support to global technology companies such as Google and Youtube. A former ABC News reporter, Clarke’s communications experience spans two decades. Jess Santini has been named Director of Marketing, a newly created role that involves creating and executing dynamic marketing and communications strategies to champion Codeword as a leader in communications, editorial strategy, and content marketing. Santini joins Codeword from the Havas group.

NEW YORK – Edelman has named Soni Basi global director of human resources. Basi will lead the company’s talent development, recruitment and retention efforts, partnering with agency network leaders to meet the changing and diverse needs of employees and clients. She will be based in New York and will report to Matthew Harrington, Global President and Chief Operating Officer. Basi comes to Edelman from global insurance leader AIG, where she established the world’s first talent center of excellence. NEW YORK — Finn Partners has named Zach Groen vice president of the agency’s sports division.
